Hi there thanks for taking the time to visit Splitscreen Innovations

Originally from an engineering background, I spent many years building and then designing vehicles for a well known UK bus manufacturer. I also spent a short time designing VW accessories for a well known UK camper van parts supplier.

After a spell travelling, I returned and turned my hand to my love of photography and launched Splitscreen Innovations in 2004. As you can see most of my images are of VWs, a bit of a passion of mine really. People ask me if I can do other vehicles which I could but I really wouldn’t get as much satisfaction out of it.

When I get time, I travel around the UK selling my artwork at VW shows which I really enjoy. In October 2006 I opened a stall full time at Camden Lock market. It has been a 7 day a week job as the stall is open 364 days a year. It is hard work but I owe a lot to Camden Lock market as it has been a turning point for Splitscreen Innovations, going from strength to strength. The last few years have been tough but being based in Camden has allowed me to reach a much larger audience. I would say to date there is probably one of my images hanging on a wall in over 20 - 30 different countries. All the hard work has been worth it when I think about that.

In June 2007 I opened my first shop, albeit a small one, but I like it. The shop is also located in Camden, in the Stables market next to the old horse hospital.

Since opening my stall and now shop in Camden town my work has taken on a new dimension. I have realised that the millions of tourists who visit the market each year not only love pictures of VWs but also love images of London. With this in mind I have combined the two and that is how the VW Tube was born. Other images I’ve created include the VW Eye and most recently the VW barge at Camden Lock. I have lots of other ideas tucked away in my head and when I ever get a spare minute I will get to work on them. So watch this space !!

Anyway enough waffle from me, check out the site, Enjoy !!
